Canada Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, it will take 2 business days to prepare the orders and arrange the shipments, otherwise it will be 1 business day.


We are not able to ship the orders on weekends / holidays. 


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use Purolator Ground/UPS Express as our shipping method. It takes 3-5 business days to reach you.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Before receiving your package, you’ll receive email communications from us about the status of your order. Your official receipt should be included in your package from the us. If you don’t find a receipt in your package when it arrives, you can contact us at directly to request a receipt for your order.


Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team ( directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Currency Converter Privacy Policy

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
